• Atlantic Wallboard Rock Unloading Project: Responsible for developing control logic description and programming for New Rock Unloading Facility. This involved PLC (RSLogix5000) and HMI (RSView SE) programming and commissioning of the system. Reesposible for IO checkout and PowerFlex70 Drive programming.

• Lake Utopia Paper Biomass Boiler: Programmed ControlLogix 5000 for Biomass Boiler Fuel Feed System and Balance of Plant Equipment. Programmed HMI with Wonderware. Completed I/O check out and  commissioned Control Logix PLC for Fuel Feed System as well as Biomass Boiler I/O . Programmed Power Flex Drives ,SMC’s and I/O over Ethernet and Stratix 8000 Switches.

• Cavendish Farms: Programmed Conveyor System feed and Discharge for Potato Bagger. AB Micro Logix Processor with RS500 . Built HMI in AB Panelview 600 with FT View ME. Commissioned  PLC and HMI. Performed I/O Check out.

• St Leonard Biomass Boiler: Responsible for programming and commissioning of new Biomass Boiler. PLC (RSLogix 5000) and HMI  (RSView32). 

• Brunswick Mines: Re-wrote Digital Logic for Water Treatment plant  in  PLC5 Processors. Converted Analog I/O from Provox DCS System to the AB PLC5 and Integrated Analog Logic (PID Loops)into PLC5. Converted Water Treatment Plant HMI from Provox DCS to Wonderware .  I/O Check Out and Commissioning Water  Treatment Plant Controls

• Canaport LNG: Worked as part of commissioning team at the Canaport Liquid Natural Gas Plant to commission Plant Control System. Verified Logic in Honeywell C300 and Allen Bradley Control Logix Processors and Verified HMI Displays. Responsibilities include commissioning of Ship Unloading Arms Control System and providing start up support for entire plant commissioning team.

• Worked as part of a team to Maintain Plant Control System and provide troubleshooting support for electrical and instrumentation control technicians. Implemented changes to plant control system as requested by process engineers on an ongoing basis. As part of capital projects team Supervised installation of control equipment to insure installation met plant standards, assigned I/O ,wrote logic, built operator displays, preformed loop checks, verified logic and provided startup support

• Team member of DCS migration from Honeywell TDC 3000 to Experion PKS. Played Key role in development of Experion displays shape library’s using HMI Web Display Builder and Visual Basic Script .Re-created all native window graphics in Experion PKS.

• Lime Kiln Project – Built control modules and wrote logic in C300 and HPM for new Lime Kiln and associated equipment .Developed and built Experion Operator Displays. Commissioning and Startup

• Converted Bale Wrap Lines from relay to PLC control. Wrote PLC code in Honeywell Logic Manager.

• Converted Recovery Boiler Soot Blower Cleaning System from original control system to Honeywell Control system Wrote PLC code in Logic Manager and HPM.
